Hot Dip Galvanized Steel D Bracket
D Bracket are commonly used in power transmission and distribution lines to hold insulators used to isolate electrical conductors from their supporting structures. They are used in a variety of applications including substations,power plants and utility poles.
D-Iron Bracket is made of hot-rolled Steel strap, Hot-Dipped Galvanized as per BS-729 or ISO1461, several sizes avilable. It is used to connect with Shackle Ceramic Insulators to pull the conductor from The Pole lines to end Users.As a component part of low tension insulator & hardware, D Iron Bracket options in mild steel construction finish using different metal grades like 43A with bolt & nut in hot dip galvanized steel finish for long lasting usage. Finding use in connecting shackle/spool insulator to poles, we offer these complete with insulator support. Some of the standard features of these brackets include 33kv standard overhead line hardware, finding use in link fitting application, available in ductile iron, hot-dip galvanized finish, stainless steel cotter pin, insulated bracket in special material construction for optimum quality finish among others. These D iron bracket can also be custom developed as per specifications provided by the clients
